How do I join Club Hyper?
It's really easy. Sign up to become a Club Hyper member. If you already have an account on hyperskin.com then you're automatically enrolled. Just sign in to access your rewards.
What do I get for joining?
Well, you get our gratitude and excitement! And if that's not enough, the more you shop with and engage with us, the more points you earn that can be used for major cost savings and merchandise.
When do my points expire?
If your account has been inactive for more than 12 months, your points expire. Let's stay connected!
Can I combine my points with a discount code?
Sorry, only one reward or discount code can be applied to an order.
Where can I see my points balance?
You can view your pending and current points balance on your Club Hyper account dashboard. Log in to your hyperskin.com account, go to "Club Hyper", then click on "Activity" to view a snapshot of your points.
Why can’t I see all of my points?
The Points for Purchase that you earn will initially appear as pending. They only become available as redeemable points after 30 days.
When I make a return do I lose the points that I earned from that purchase?
Unfortunately, if you return a product, you will lose earned points for that purchase. If you used points for the order, we will automatically add those back to your balance once your return has been processed.
How many friends can I refer?
The more, the merrier. You can refer as many friends as you please! Share your link on social, via email or on your group chat if you think that they'll love Hyper Skin too.
Do I get a $10 reward if my friend does not use their $10 off reward?
You will only receive credit for purchases referred friends make that use their $10 code. If they don't purchase or if they purchase without the code you won’t receive your $10.
Can I refer a friend that already uses Hyper Skin?
You can only refer friends who have never purchased on hyperskin.com.
Can I use more than one $10 reward at a time?
We only allow one $10 code to be used at a time. You’re not able to double stack codes but you can save each $10 for future orders and use your rewards points for cost savings or to redeem free merchandise.
